Nurses represent the largest group of health care professionals in the country. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, nursing shortages have and continue to cripple our health care systems.
We’ve come face to face with the importance of supporting nurse’s physical health and well-being. Changes to our work life and social connections have made our mental health more important than ever. And health systems are discovering that many of the foundations they’ve built are crumbling.
What all nursing teams need is a framework for becoming more in tune with their own health, and there’s no one with a more established track record than Cheryl Agranovich.
